Shipping & Delivery At this time, Elite Vacuum Tubes ships merchandise only to locations within the continental United States and not to international locations. Nor does Elite Vacuum Tubes ship to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Guam or the US Virgin Islands. The risk of loss and title for all merchandise ordered on this Web site pass to you when the merchandise is delivered to the shipping carrier.We will add the shipping charge on to your order. All domestic orders, unless otherwise requested will be shipped and insured by Priority mail. The average cost is about $7.45 for orders under 1 Lb and about 13.00 for orders over 1 Lb but not greater than 2Lb, and takes about 2-3 working days to arrive.
Tube Warrenty and Return Policy
1. Contact us and get a return authorization number.
2. Return it via regular mail within 90 days from when we shipped it, and we will provide an exchange or refund of the full purchase price. Returns not related to warranty or defect may be accepted at our discretion and are subject to a 20% restocking fee. We can't accept returns that don't have an authorization, are past 90 days, or are returned improperly. Be sure to try your new tubes as soon as possible of receipt. Do not operate power tubes without having you amplifier's bias checked and adjusted. We do not warranty our tubes for use in a sound experiment (Tone searchers). Be sure to test your amp with existing tubes before using ours, or simply call us. If your in town? we can do it for you.
All our tubes are guaranteed for 90 days from the date of purchase.
